Hector LeBlanc of Memramcook East passed away at Albert House Hospice on Saturday January 6, 2024 at the age of 78. Born in Memramcook East on September 1, 1945, he was the son of the late Philippe and Dora (Dupuis) LeBlanc. He worked as an electrician and was a member of IBEW 1555 until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Linda, two daughters, Fernande (Claude) LeBlanc and Lisanne (Michel) Leclerc, one son, Raoul (Phil) LeBlanc, three grandchildren, Audrée, Kamie and Maxime, two sisters, Catherine (late Ulysse) Richard and Joanne (late Alphée) Maillet, one brother, Adrice (Gilberte) LeBlanc and by several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his two sisters, Lorraine and Blanche and three brothers, Alex, Charles-Edouard and Jacques.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to extra-mural for their assistance in navigating through this difficult time. Your expertise in coordinating care between different healthcare providers was invaluable. Also, a heartfelt thank you to all staff and volunteers at Albert House. You have made a lasting impact on our lives, and we will forever be grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and expertise you provided.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Tuesday January 16 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Wednesday January 17 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook.
